Registration Certificate (RC)

• From September to November 2025, you can submit the “RC” electronic application form online OR
• Sumbit the “RC” application form to the Education Bureau by mail. For details, please visit the Education Bureau’s website.

The Education Bureau (“EDB”) has launched the electronic “Registration Certification for Kindergarten Admission” (“RC”). For applicants who submit their applications for the “RC” online, EDB will send the “RC” (PDF format) to those eligible children via email. The electronic “RC” is printed with a QR code, applicants can directly have the kindergarten scan the QR code to confirm their registration.

• Parents can use the registered e-mail address and “application number” to log-in, amend or print out the application form on or before 31st October.
• The system will send you an “Abiding Kindergarten Confirmation Notice of Online Application” via email within a short time when you uploded a recent photo (1.5 × 2 inches), HK Birth certificate and payment record or bank slip for application fee $40.00
• No need to submit the form to the school in person again if you received the “Online Application Confirmation Notice.”

• You have to visit our school to submit the application form on the following designated date if you do not use by the on-line system:

1 September 2025 09:00-17:00

or

2 November 2025 09:00-17:00

• You will receive a “Notification for interview” email from our school (noreply@smtp.abiding.edu.hk) on or before 4 November 2025, whether you apply in person or by on-line method.
